| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up technical assistance DETAILS: Sent email. After consulting with the state and verifying the system does meet 4 log inactivation a call was placed to the facility today indicating they may return to normal usage of the well water system. The system has in place an approved DPD chlorine testing kit, and as of 5/5/111 is recording the chlorine residual everyday. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to maintain a chlorine residual minimum of .2 ppm and record on a daily basis, as well as continue to take the required water samples as needed. | ||
