| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up assistance DETAILS: Visited with Ed again today. System has completed installation of the chlorinator and now has an active chlorine residual in the water currently at 1.3ppm today. The system has not finished going through plan review and in a follow up conversation with Scott Curry he will complete the plan review process and let me know when this is done. For this to happen, Ed needs to submit a few items and Scott will work with him on this. There is some confusion over whether or not the system needs a GWUDI as well as if the system will be required to do compliance monitoring under the ground water rule. I am awaiting feedback from the state on these two items and will move forward when I hear from the state. ACTION NEEDED: Facility continue to remain on bottled water. | ||
