| Details: | SUMMARY: Technical assistance DETAILS: Follow up to verify where the system is at. A visual inspection of the water house indicated the chlorinator is online and running. Additionally, the filtration unit is running and the F-86 coagulant is being injected into the system. The chlorine residual was recorded today at .4ppm a pH of 8.3 and a temperature of 12 C. This resulted in a required CT of 31, with an actual CT of 40 so Ct is being met based on todays review. I also reviewed in detail with the system how to correctly fill out the chlorine compliance monitoring form and how to read the CT charts based on temperature and pH. Turbidity sample read .8NTU and 95% of the samples must be equal to or below .3 NTU. The system indicated they understood this clearly. I also reviewed clearly with the system how to correctly fill out the turbidity monitoring form and the requirement that both forms must be submitted monthly to the state. Will follow up in a week or so. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take necessary actions to ensure the system is meeting the requirements. | ||
