| Details: | SUMMARY: Technical assistance DETAILS: Visited system again to check in and see where and how thy are doing with their monitoring & recording their data on turbidity and chlorine residual monitoring sheet. The chlorine residual sheet was inspected and based on a time of 100 minutes the system has been meeting CT requirements since opening 5/1 over the past 5 days. A review found the temperature at 15C with a pH of 8.5 which led to a required CT of 41. The chlorine residual was 1.1ppm so with this the current CT is getting was 110. Turbidity numbers were reviewed and it was first noted the system was only recording turbidity values 2x day during the operating period. Turbidity appears to be under control now and a tier 11 notice will be issued. See file for detailed information. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to record CT values and chlorine residual daily as will as monitor turbidity every 4 hours during operating period | ||
