| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Received alert today. This alert is from previous water samples that have been taken by the facility but were never entered into the system for a variety of reasons. During this time a decision was made to leave the system inactive until the water issue can be resolved. As of now we and the state are actively working with the system to complete the plan review process for the installation of a chlorinator as well as get the system in compliance monitoring and complete a contact time review. Follow up is on going and additional contact reports will be submitted as needed. ACTION NEEDED: Facility continues to remain on bottled water. | ||
