| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: Tammy contacted this office and indicated she wanted to meet & discuss monitoring requirements for the system. 4/1/11 - Tammy brought in paper work for the mobile home park and she indicated that long term plans were to remove some mobile homes & build permanent homes. The total would still be less than 15 homes so they will still be a non -EPA system. I let her know their sampling schedule is quarterly coliform samples as well as an annual nitrate sample. She said she was going to have onsite assistance from the OAWU as to proper sampling technique as well as proper sampling location. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for sample results 7 resolve the violation. | ||
