| Details: | SUMMARY: Change of owner & operator DETAILS: 4/20/11 Chris came to the office to let us know he is the new operator. The owners live in Vancouver. I explained the monitoring and reporting requirements for the system. They wanted to open on 4/23/11. I informed him they would need to have monitor for coliform prior to opening. I received call from pacific Analytical 4/21/11 the sample was non detect. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
