| Details: | 10/12/20 Spoke to Judy Thompson about DWS notification of corrosion control parameters being out of bounds as per the Sand-N-Wood September 2020 monthly report. She conveyed her confidence that pH is rarely below 7.4 and alkalinity has never been below 25. [Minimum pH is 7.0 and alkalinity minimum is 22 ppm]. She did report she performed the measurements and recorded data, but other personnel transcribed her data and submitted the monthly corrosion control report to DWS on her behalf. 10/13/20 Judy confirmed the information was transcribed incorrectly and she was faxing a corrected report to DWS with a request to disregard the original submission for September. |
