Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Contacted Ray regarding missed coliform sample for first quarter. He is not sure whether the sample was drawn or not but will look into it. I asked him to send me the results if they were drawn and if not, to sample as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with operator and resolve violation once the 2nd quarter results are posted.
