| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Called Jeremy and he was aware of the alert and had already taken a sample which is at the lab. He is wanting other bottles to be shipped. He informed me the chlorinator was turner off which is turned back on and the system is being flushed for 24 hours. A new pressure tank was installed and a line had broke a few days before his sampling. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines per month at DIST-A. 1 routine sample per quarter. 1 triggered sample SRC-AA well #1. 4 repeat samples within 24 hours of a positive coliform | ||
