| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive sample DETAILS: I spoke with both Rick and Melvin regarding the positive sample. The residual was 0.2. 4 repeat samples and one source sample were collected on 5/31. All repeats came back clear. I spoke with Melvin on 6/2 and informed him that 5 routine samples would need to be collected some time in June. Plans are to take them in the middle of the month. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routine samples in June. | ||
