| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 4/26/11 DETAILS: Emailed Tressa letting her know they had a positive coliform. I asked her if the chlorinator had been checked for proper operation. I let her know to take a triggered source sample at the well head. I also let her know to take 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I reminded her the system will need 5 temporary routine samples in May. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond if necessary | ||
