| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic sample at .017 3/17/11 DETAILS: Contacted Wayne and the system has been working with HBH consulting (circuit rider) for treatment alternative. I have been in contact with Brad Daniels about the system entering into a bilateral compliance agreement. While speaking to Wayne we discussed the time lines set out on the Bil. Comp agreement. I told him I felt that the time line seemed reasonable and the treatment system that HBH is proposing seems logical. The system has a RAA of .016 ACTION NEEDED: Monitor progress & be sure to follow the systems progress toward complying with the bilateral comply agreement. | ||
