| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform present 5/16/11 DETAILS: Mr Ziebell emailed saying another sample showed the presence of coliforms. Some has been on going for several weeks. I suggested a chlorine shock might be effective fi contamination into the system was not on going. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples due ASAP Triggered sample from each of the 2 wellheads due ASAP. 5 temporary routine samples due for the month of June. Maintain the public notice and copy to state. | ||
