Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 5/16/11 DETAILS: Called & left message for Kathleen letting her know about the positive coliform. I let her know the system will need to have a sample labeled triggered source & 3 repeat samples at the hand pump. I also let her know they will need 5 temporary routine samples at the hand pump for June. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeats & follow up if necessary
