| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeats coliform 5/3/11 DETAILS: Left message for Mauro they are an MCl for coliform. They will need to complete & post a public notice. I emailed a copy of the public notice template for unresolved total coliform. I let him know to send a copy to this office & the state. He is considering UV or a chlorination system. I let him know that either system will need to go through plan review with the state. I let him know that 5 temporary routine samples will be needed for the month of June.
