| Details: | SUMMARY: Left a message re. enforcement deadlines DETAILS: I called and left a message for Mike to remind him that three deadlines from the settlement agreement are approaching in the near future. Mike had agreed to submit a completed project intake form by June 30 in the agreement signed April 4. Also, lead and copper sampling results are due by July 10 along with a public notice for 2nd quarter 2011. ACTION NEEDED: Await submission of the agreed upon documents of the settlement will have been violated. | ||
