| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: Follow up call from Randy about our 4/1/11 conversation. He checked with the lab and 6 GWUDI samples had not been performed last year. He will get those months samples for. Also discussed the nitrate he could not find a sample for 201- so he took the 2011 sample 5/4/11 and will post the notice. The violation is resolved ACTION NEEDED: Continue monitoring GWUDI and regular samples | ||
