Details:	SUMMARY: Boil Order DETAILS: Received E. coli positive result from a routine coliform sample collected June 7. Spoke with Scott regarding repeat and triggered source sampling requirements. Scott collected repeat and source samples and took them to the lab. Scott called later in the day to let DWP know that an active bird nest was discovered inside the screening of the reservoir vent. Based on this knowledge, a boil order will be issued with notices being delivered door to door starting Friday morning. Scott has chlorinated the reservoir and will flush hydrants to get a chlorine residual throughout the distribtion system. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to issue boil order, chlorinate and flush the system, collect follow up samples Monday morning.
