| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Water Order Lifted DETAILS: 6/10 - Scott called. The boil notice was distributed starting Thursday evening and continued Friday morning. The owl nest has been removed and the gap in the vent structure sealed. The system was chlorinated and flushed, with residuals ranging between 1.1 and 0.4 mg/l throughout the distribution system. I advised that five special samples be collected. 6/11 - Received sample results. Four repeat samples collected before the system was chlorinated all tested present for E. coli. The five special samples collected after chlorinating and the triggered source sample all tested absent for total coliform. Based on the passing samples collected after the chlorination, the boil order was lifted. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to submit public notice to DWP, collect five routine samples in July. | ||
