| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: I called James to let him know that the state has not received the first quarter coliform sample. He indicated the sample was taken 2/22/11. He would fax the result to the state. He also said he would call the lab as they are supposed to send the results to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up if needed. | ||
