Details: SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Spoke with James about missing the 4th quarter sample. He said they sampled in November. The lab was supposed to send in the results. I asked him to mail or fax the results to the state. I also asked to be sure to sample and send in the results for the first quarter before 4/10/11 ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up if needed
