Details: SUMMARY: Significant Deficiencies (SNC) DETAILS: Met with operator to verify modifications to the system. Since the survey the system has made the following changes. Well 1 vent has been screened Well 1 and 2 now have raw water taps. Overflow for reservoir has been screened. Chlorine residuals are being taken twice pre week. ACTION NEEDED: None
