| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up DETAILS: The following recommendations and notes were made: Flood Contingency Plan (FCP) needs to be fleshed out and revised-- The Cross Connection Ordinance is complete and will be sent to the state-- the well casing seal is now watertight--Coliform Sampling Plan has been completed-- Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Operations and Maintenance Manual (OMM) have been completed. Written protocol for non certified operators has been completed. ACTION NEEDED: FCP needs to be fleshed out and revised. Cross Connection Ordinance needs to be sent to the state. | ||
