| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiencies corrections DETAILS: I met to review corrections to system survey 2/2/11. Collform sampling plan is completed, Emergency Response Plan and Operations & Maintenance Manual are considered completer with recommendations noted in my letter dates 5/16/11. Provided contact information for them to send Cross Connection Ordinance. The arsenic MCL violation has not yet been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Cross Connection Ordinance and arsenic MCL violation needs to be addressed. | ||
