| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Jeannie from Box R called and informed me that a routine sample collected from the distribution system 3/29/11 tested positive for total coliform and that she discovered the chlorinator was not working. I informed her that four repeat samples from the distribution along with a triggered source sample prior to chlorination and storage were required to be collected and 5 temporary routines are due in April. 4/1/11 4 repeat samples and a triggered sample were collected and tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples need to be collected in April | ||
