| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Terry called and said that two distribution and one source sample tested positive. We discussed shock chlorination and Terry said he will hire Lehigh Pump to shock chlorinate the system. We also discussed continuous chlorination and Terry will consider the pros and cons. I informed Terry that 5 temporary routines are due from the distribution system in April and that a Tier 2 public notice is required to be distributed to residents of the affected loop. I emailed and snail mailed him a copy of the template and the address to send the state a copy ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples need to be collected in April. | ||
