| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Lee informed me that he added 2.5 cups of chlorine per each 2500 gallon storage tank with the objective of a low level chlorination over a period of time. He also has distributed a tier 2 public notice however for a resolved coliform event: I emailed him the unresolved tier 2 public notice and advised him to send a completed copy to the state. A triggered source sample has not yet been collected: Lee says he will submit one on Monday. 3/15/11 - Per Neilson Research no source sample was collected to date. I spoke with Lee and he says that a source sample will be collected today. We spoke at length about disinfecting the system. Lee wishes to target a residual of less than 4 ppm chlorine and would prefer not to shock chlorinate. Lee agreed to let me know if anything other than a low level chlorine disinfections approach is used. Triggered source sample collected and tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines are due in April. | ||
