| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: Sadie called and informed me that a routine sample collected 3/31/11 tested positive for total coliform. I told her the protocol for repeat sampling and advised her not to shock chlorinate before the repeat samples are collected. 3 repeat and one triggered sample were collected and negative. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines need to be collected in April | ||
