| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: The temporary routine sample on 3/30/11 positive for total coliform. I phoned Mary Jacks and she was not in but Wayne Rohde took my message for Mary which is: one triggered source sample and four repeat distribution samples need to be collected and 5 distribution samples are due in May. 3/31/11 Four repeat and one triggered sample were collected and tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples are due in May. | ||
