I left a message for Rob regarding the repeat sampling requirements. 5/12/11 4 repeat samples were collected and tested negative. 5/13/11 - One triggered source sample was collected and tested negative. 5/31/11 - I left a voice mail for Rob Skinner reminding him that five temporary routines are due in June. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine sample need to be collected in June.
