Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Visited with Doris to complete a sanitary survey of the system and provide consultation as needed for the ERP,Operation & Maintenance Manual (OM) and coliform sampling plans. This is a follow up to initial contact in the fall of 2010. The ERP was reviewed for completion during the survey and found to have all the basic elements in place including a list of emergency contact information a written protocol for dealing with an emergency as well as a vulnerability assessment and a list of corrections such as building better housing structures for the two well heads. The ERP was reviewed and found to meet the requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP as needed
