| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies (SNC) DETAILS: Met with Rich to review the list of items identified during the sanitary survey on 2/10/11. All plans have been completed. In addition, a dpd test kit has been purchased and the system is measuring chlorine residual 2x/week in the system, a lock has been placed at the well head, and an employees only sign has been placed on the well house door. This system has corrected all the significant deficiencies as identified during the survey. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
