| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: Talked with Anthony on the phone in regard to lead and copper excursion. Asked about why the pH might have been off, what happened and how often does he check the pH. I was told their was a broken pipe that might have lead to the low pH and that he check the pH every 2 days. I let him know if he gets more than 9 excursions in 6 months time then he is in violation ACTION NEEDED: continue active monitoring of system and pH, make sure that pH meter is properly calibrated. | ||
