| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Called Jeremy regarding sample and he was aware of the alert. He has already taken a sample which is at the lab being processed on Tuesday the 10th, he is wanting for other bottles to be shipped. He informed me the chlorinator was turned off, which is turned back on and the system is being flushed for 24 hours. A new pressure tank was installed and a line had broke a few days before hi sampling. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples per month to be taken 6/1/11 - 6/30/11 at DIST-A. 1 routine sample per quarter to be taken 10/1/2008 - 5/31/2011 at DIST-A GWR: 1 triggered sample to be taken 5/4/11 - 5/19/11 at SRC-AA well #1. 4 repeat samples within 24 hours of a positive coliform routine sample to be reported 5/5/11 - 5/19/11 at DIST-A | ||
