| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on nitrate/contact information DETAILS: Sent a contact change form to the data office in Portland. The system currently has no coliform sampling schedule in place (last coliform sample was submitted July 23, 2008). Also, the contact info has changed and needs to be updated. I spoke with the operator, Brandon today and informed him of the nitrate issue and possible health effects. Also discussed looking into nitrate treatment, mailing information to operator. Delta Labs is going to put system on their schedule to take the samples for quarterly coliform and quarterly nitrate beginning this quarter(2nd) 2011. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results from 2nd quarter coliform sample. | ||
