| Details: | Steve Rolston called on 10/14/2020 at 11:50 am. A TC+ alert was generated for Dist-A at two sample sites. Steve stated that he took his triggered samples and a few special samples and submitted those to the lab. I told him we will need to conduct a level 2 investigation within 30 days in which Jim S or myself will come out to the site. We will get that scheduled once the triggered and special samples come back and we can pin point the location of where the TC+ coliform is coming from. |
