| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: spoke to James Nussrala 10/6/10 about two positive samples on routines. He said it was a coliform violation. As such, he said they needed to send a tier two public notice. I mailed one to him. Spoke with Secretary to send out the public notice to residents. Phil has already taken samples and they were negative. Asked him to take 5 temporary routine samples next month. Suggested doing special sample. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling. | ||
