| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample date10/29/10 DETAILS: The system has a coliform violation. Spoke with James Nusrala & he told me that 5 temporary routines must be drawn in November and a sample must be taken at each source. The owner of the park plans to drill a new well. I notified him where to download the plan review for new well drilling. I also sent the public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling and respond if necessary. | ||
