| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Bilateral Compliance Agreement DETAILS: Dennis called me after we exchanged a pair of emails regarding a bilateral compliance agreement to resolve the deficiencies present in the surface water treatment system serving the Tilikum Center water system. I emailed a draft agreement to Dennis and he stated that the terms of the agreement were acceptable. Dennis stated that he was considering a system similar to that operated at Camp Yamhill. We also discussed the need for more regular turbidity monitoring and a public notice to be published until the situation is resolved. After speaking with an engineer in the Portland office I provided a general price for an online turbidimeter for Dennis and am going to make sure he understands that plans need to be submitted before he can move forward with installing a water treatment plant. ACTION NEEDED: Revise as necessary and print a final Bilateral Compliance Agreement for signing by both DWP and Tilikum Center | ||
