| Details: | I contacted Mr. Peary in August 2020 regarding the outstanding deficiencies for no enabling authority and to inform him that I am aware the raw water sample tap has been added. The ordinance was submitted in December 2019 and was overlooked by myself, and Mr. Peary was unaware it had been submitted. The deficiencies below are resolved as of 10/15/20. 1.
