Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 12/1/10 DETAILS: Asked Tim to take triggered source sample from well head #1 and 3 repeats in the system. System is not chlorinating. Asked him to take 5 temporary routine samples in January. He apparently did take samples, repeat, but did not label sample taken at the well head as triggered. All samples were negative ACTION NEEDED: none
