| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement resolution DETAILS: Don called Mark Edington to inform him the restaurant would be closing permanently. The system had an unapproved spring box that would not provide suitable water. The system had been trucking in water from Vernonia in July. Don decided to not renew his license and the facility will no longer qualify as a public water system. Mark sent in an inventory update form to inactivate the system. This resolve the enforcement action. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
