Details: Phone contact with DRC. discussed complaint regarding water hauling - DRC is unaware of any hauling at site. facility is also aware of "black" sediment noted at site (individual complaint unknown if connected or same residence) facility has maintenance staff assessing issue on 10/15 and will fact find regarding water hauling as this is not noted for system at this time. Will follow up with LC after assessment
