| Details: | SUMMARY: one of 4 repeats positive for total coliform DETAILS: This system had on e of the 4 repeats return positive. All were taken out of the same tap at the nearest point to the well. The operator is thinking that the sample site may not be the best and is looking into a sampling station. ACTION NEEDED: Violation notice has been posted and copy needs to be sent to the state. 5 temporary routines are needed in May. They plan on shocking the well again, I offered the use of NCPHD chlorine test kit to monitor chlorine levels and when the system users may consume the water. | ||
