| Details: | SUMMARY: All 5 temporary routines were coliform positive DETAILS: This system has had a string of bad samples. It is a deep well with a pressure tank and minimal distribution. The well was cameraed last year and no visible defect was noted. It has a pitless adapter so the vent is not the culprit,. This system needs to take some type of corrective action as in the addition of a chlorinator or UV disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice needed, prior to the next sampling the systems on shock chlorination to see if that will help. NCPHD to schedule a site visit to evaluate the sample sites. | ||
