| Details: | SUMMARY: CT DETAILS: Mary called back to say she just now opened a letter from Stutzman Services. It is an estimate to pay $2,935. She claimed this isnt the amount to which they had agreed. She said she does not have that kind of money and needs to obtain other estimates. She would like a list of other service providers sent to her e-mail. Contacted Stutzman and found out they requested half the total estimate up-front which seems to be the amount Mary thought would be charged. ACTION NEEDED: Send list of other service providers to Sweetbrier. | ||
