| Details: | SUMMARY: System score follow up DETAILS: System missed annual nitrate for EP-C in 2007 and received a 5 point violation. System has since then taken two consecutive years of nitrate 4/20/2009, 11/23/2009 and 12/17/2010 from both EP-B and EP-C. EP-A is currently emergency only and well AA has been abandoned. ACTION NEEDED: System should be returned to compliance for violation. Continued on time annual nitrate from all active entry points. | ||
