| Details: | SUMMARY: No pressure boil order - Larch Mtn. Road DETAILS: Jim and I spoke on 6/27/11 that on 6/28/11 from 10 a to 2 p, 9 homes will be on a boil notice due to no water pressure on the 41500 block of E. Larch Mtn. Road. Door hanger tags hung on 6/27 at all 9 houses, and public notice forwarded to state. Main was shut down and gate valves were added in this area for future controls at Reservoir #4 and Reservoir #1 (#1 currently off-line, and will be replaced) on 6/28. Jim and I discussed using the Best Management Practices for Service Outages-Reduced Pressure Events. Pressure was restored on 6/29, and chlorine residuals restored. Special bacti samples taken on 6/28/11, returned coliform absent on 6/30/11. Residents informed that boil notice could be lifted at that time, with consultation with DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Jim to notify DWP as Corbett will work to restore minimum of 20 psi pressure restored at the meter of one connection after reservoir #4. This line work was meant to address this deficiency identified in 6/16/11 water system survey. | ||
