| Details: | SUMMARY: Inform operator of tests due in 2011 DETAILS: I sent in a monitoring change form 3/2/11 the same day the DHS received test results from the 1/25/11 radionuclide test. The non detect on the Gross Alpha result changed the frequency from once every 6 years to once every 9 years. ACTION NEEDED: Tests needed in 2011, VOC, SOC, nitrate, Pb/Cu June - September 30. After these tests are recorded the schedule for SOC, VOC, Pb/Cu can change to once every 3 years. | ||
